At Mossymere Nail Studio, we want you to be happy with your press-on nails. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • Hygiene reasons: Once press-on nails have been opened or used, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations.

  • Change of mind: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size/design.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

  • We may request that faulty items be returned to us before issuing a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is faulty or damaged.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
