Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Hygiene reasons: Once press-on nails have been opened or used, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations.

Change of mind: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size/design.
