Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without enough notice, it prevents another client from booking that time. Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you do not show up for your appointment (“no-show”), you will lose your booking fee and may be required to pay the full service amount upfront to book future appointments. Running Late: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and your booking fee may be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
